As experienced caterers specialising in BBQ-style weddings, we had the privilege of showcasing our BBQ skills at Gracehall for Aaron and Isara’s special day. Our approach to wedding catering at Gracehall is more the Quirky, Charcoal BBQ-style food, perfectly aligning with the venue’s rustic yet refined theme. We provided Grazing Boards laden with artisan cheeses, charcuterie and fresh fruits as Starters, creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests as they got settled at their table.
The highlight of our catering service is always the Charcoal BBQ buffet, where guests enjoyed customising their 6oz Irish Beef burgers with a variety of toppings, Pork Sausages and Chicken Skewers. This interactive dining experience not only adds a fun element to the wedding reception but also allows guests to engage more personally with their food choices, complementing the relaxed ambiance of the venue.
